FAQ
Care/use
Materials: All Sea Salt Water ceramics are made of stoneware or porcelain with lead-free clay and glazes. The bottom of each piece is sanded until smooth, however some clay bodies have grog that can still scratch surfaces.
Care: Hand-washing is recommended for the lifetime longevity of your pottery, however they can be placed in dishwasher. Take care with drastic changes in temperature - they are microwave safe, but not oven safe.
shipping/Returns
Shipping: I only accept domestic orders within the United States at this time. I will hopefully be introducing international shipping soon!
Returns + Exchanges: At this time I cannot accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with the pottery (damage/defects) please refer to the next section.
Damaged Items: I will provide a refund for any merchandise that may have been damaged during shipping. Please email me a photo of both the damaged piece and the box/packaging it came in so that I can properly process the claim with UPS.
Lost/Stolen Packages: I cannot provide a refund for lost or stolen packages. Please keep a close eye on when your shipment will arrive!
